A guiding bot for employees 


Groupe ADP has set up an internal chatbot for its employees. It answers to IT, HR and legal questions.   

The purpose? Make the support service available 24hours a day, 7 days a week and in real time, with some employees working staggered hours.

Jean-Michel Duvivier, IT Innovation Project Manager of the Group, explains the implementation of the project, the results obtained and the next steps. 


Groupe ADP, formerly Aéroports de Paris, is a French company that builds, develops and operates airport platforms. Paris Aéroport is the ADP Group's passenger brand under which the airports of Paris and its region are operated. 

The Group has more than 6,500 employees.
