A chatbot to take care of your customers !

 

Agirc-Arrco, a french supplementary pension fund, has set up a chatbot for its members in 2017.  

Its objective? To ensure customer service outside centers business hours and process the increasing requests through automated conversations. 

Maxime Garcia, Digital Innovation Project Manager at Agirc-Arcco, discusses the implementation of the project.

Agirc-Arrco is a supplementary pension fund for the private sector, that supplements, by definition, the basic pensions paid in France by the Sécurité Sociale or the MSA. The Agirc and Arrco schemes merged on 1st January 2019 into one scheme.
 
Agirc-Arrco had over 22 million contributors on 31st December 2017.
